Refund & Exchanges Policy

As for Refund & Exchanges and Cancellations

In addition to this policy, please note that each country has its own laws policy about refund & exchanges and cancellations. Please study and check that matter with yourself for the laws of your own country.

●Refunds and exchanges

Basically refund & exchange will be determined due to agreement between both seller and buyer. Buyer may request to seller for refund and exchange the items.

  1. The item received by buyer is completely different from it what was ordered (e.g. wrong size, color and material etc.).

  1. The item received by buyer was apparently damaged or defected and agree to the seller.

  1. If the seller has accepted a refund & exchange in advance in accordance to specific refund & exchange policy.

Please be noted that buyers with a legitimate reason for returning the goods must contact the seller for it’s of authorization within 7 days after receiving of the item.


Basically, both seller and buyer agree to cancel the order

If sellers are unable to complete a business transaction, you should inform the buyer immediately and cancel the transaction.

You may cancel a transaction under the following situations:

①Buyers did not pay even seller request it within a certain period.

②If the buyer request seller to make a cancellation for the order.

③Both a seller and a buyer agree to cancel the transaction prior to shipment.
