How do I register to become a member of CREPRO?

① Click the Register button on CREPRO homepage

② Enter your necessary information such as e-mail address, password, username, nationality, date of birth etc.

③ Then, press CONFIRM TO REGISTER button. You will become automatically a member.

④ Please be noted, “Do not duplicate username(account)” only one account per person will be allowed.


What does it mean ”CREPRO”?

It’s Creative and Prosperity.  Please refer to "ABOUT US"

Oops! I forgot my password and how I can login?”

If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address in the field and click Reset password.
You will receive a new password and a link to sign in. You will be able to change the password later.

How do I sell on CREPRO?

Do I have to pay for any registration fee on CREPRO?

★On CREPRO, it is all free for the following fees.

Registration fee, products listing fee and monthly and yearly fee.


What type of fees will be charged to become a seller?

① Sales fee

After each of the item sells and buyer agree to a payment transaction, you will be charged with a sales fee of 13%(including tax) per order and deducted automatically by payment.

② Payment processing fee (PayPal system)

You will be charged payment processing fee to use PayPal (online payment system) with 3.9%+40yen after each of the item sells and buyer agree to a payment transaction.

How do I contact a seller directly?

When you see seller page and there will be CONTACT button and click.
You can ask what you want to know as chat. (of course, time differences in each countries)


How is the payment system of CREPRO?

① All payment will be made using PayPal as most secure method in the world.

② PayPal is integrated into CREPRO payment system, so PayPal payments will appear in your payment statement.

③ Also, your personal information is fully protected by SSL security technology.

④ When you place multiple-item orders and shipment done, your card will be charged separately for each item upon the date of charging by PayPal.


How do I cancel my membership?

① If you would like to cancel your membership on CREPRO, please contact us directly as mail as info@crepro.jp

② Once cancelled a membership, you won’t be able to register again using the same username.

Can I make a payment by Cash on Delivery?

★No, sorry! All shipment will be international way, so CREPRO(any of sellers) does not accept the method of COD (Cash on Delivery).Payments should only be made using PayPal after processing of shipment.

What should I do if I could not receive the package?

① Firstly, CREPRO has no responsibility for any lost or stolen and damage of packages, and you should contact a seller whom you purchased and inform the situation in detail.

② Please make sure your order and shipping status, also check the tracking number of your package and track it through URL of the shipping company.

③ If the tracking information shows your package as "delivery done", however you have not received it(them), it would be possible that your package was lost or stolen.

④ You should discuss it with a seller on this situation.

How do I track my order?

① Once the seller has shipped out your merchandise, you will be sent and noticed the trucking number notification via email.

② After received it, you can check and see the situation of shipping way thorough the URL of shipping company.

How is the refunds and exchanges policy?

Once your order has been shipped and delivered, returns or exchanges may not be allowed in general, as except the following reasons for example.
Please see Refund & Exchanges Policy in detail.
*The item received by buyer is completely different from it what was ordered (e.g. wrong size, color and material etc.).
*The item received by buyer was apparently damaged or defected and agree to the seller.

I can’t see CREPRO web site by PAGE ERROR.

If you can’t see other web site, it’s caused by your PC problem.
If you can see others, please contact CREPRO.

Even after ordering, I can’t receive email for confirmation.
